[Slad] SLAD NASL Plugins integrated in OpenVAS, SLADinstaller startup integrated in OpenVAS-Client

Hello SLAD team,

I've integrated your patches of sladinstaller for NessusClient into
OpenVAS-Client. Since NessusClient is dead, you can eliminate your
patches from the CVS repository and send furrther patches
to the OpenVAS team which gladly will receive and apply them.

Also, the SLAD *.nasl and *.inc scripts have been added to the
openvas-plugins module. Thus they will now be in standard
distribution of OpenVAS.
No need to support the (more and more proprietary) Nessus anymore.
