[Slad] SLADinstaller patches: need update

Hi,

the NessusClient patches of sladinstaller need an update:

- nessus-aboutwhitebg.patch: obsolete, applied upstream
- nessus-dnlogo.patch: obsolete, about with logo already in
  sladinstaller GUI
- nessus-sladinstaller.patch: needs update.
  Better to provide two patches: one for NessusClient branch_1_0
  and one for HEAD.
  Currently, HEAD simply conflicts.
