[Rfdump] New support for EPC tags

Hi,

We are working on new support for UHF / EPC tags with user memory.
I am wondering if someone can donate / sponsor for reader hardware.

We are looking for an LLRP reader, as well for an alien technology 
reader with some EPC Gen2 Tags with memory like the upcoming alien H3 tags.
