[Rfdump] reader config help

I' ll like to know what is the reader config to work with RFDump, I work with MultiISO 1.0 in CF and use VMWare to run RFDump 1.4.

when I start always say could find the reader but when try to detect baud rate can find the reader but can detect the tag
