[Rfdump] Fwd: USB readers and RFDump

That will not work with RFDump, you need to access the ISO Comamnd-Set a 
ISO 15693 or 14443 Tag works more like a EEPROM with Pages, Read and 
Write-Conditions, it has nothing to do with Barcodes, even the Low 
Frequency Tags have Read/Write Memory .-)
