[Rfdump] OpenPCD

I don't know about that reader, but I have the APSX RW-310 and find that the
communication with that reader is quite different from what is implemented
in rfdump. I looked into the code, and the way it's organized I didn't find
an easy way to implement support for my reader.

I'm quite new to rfid, but would be happy to help with implementing support
for different reader protocols and try to get it work with RW-310.
