[Rfdump] Texas instruments RFID reader support

As Lukas mentioned, rfdump does not support the s4100. I have written a c
library for the s4100 that covers most of its functionality, but requires a
programmer with reasonable sophistication to use. If you are comfortable
with c, and want a copy of the current state of the libraries, I can give
them to you.
Be aware that doing things like modifying data on cards requires knowlege of
the specific protocol spoken by the card. My library offers no generic
support, since I work primarily with ISO 14443, which has no generic write
command.
