Hi,

You need to map the COM-Port e.g. COM4 to the correct tty in RFDump in 
the Windows Live Image "/dev/ttyS0".
Thats it, make sure the reader is not in binary mode and for the 
beginning 9600 BPS are the best way to test the system.
