[Rfdump] Debian packages for rfdump

Hi!

For users of the Debian operating system there are now Debian packages
of rfdump in the testing and unstable branches of the official Debian
package repository[0]. They can easily be installed using apt-get
install rfdump or aptitude install rfdump. Don't forget to do an apt-get
update or aptitude update first, since the package just entered testing
a few hours ago.

>From the next release on (announced for December 06) rfdump will also be
included in the stable branch. If there is enough demand I might also
create a backport for the current stable release.
