You need to map the comport to the USB driver that provides you a 
serial-port.

Check your COM-Port setting using the VM.

Any ISO-Command reader should work, we just check it with the ACG  (ISO 
15693 Firmware v0.9 and ISO 14993 Firmware Dual-ISO 2.2).

You can buy both reader from DN-Systems, check the Mailing-List there 
was a posting on Prices etc ...
